Getting Started
- Click Register/Login below to create or access your Membership Toolkit account. Please use the same email address you have on file with the school.
- Once logged in, select Purchase PTA Membership to join the CES PTA for the 2026–2027 school year.
- While you're there, please consider making an additional donation to support the CES PTA. Every contribution helps fund enrichment programs, family events, teacher support, and so much more.
- For easy access throughout the year, be sure to download the Membership Toolkit mobile app.
